1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "ph887" — refers to the online gaming platform accessible at ph887.cam, operated under the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered an account on ph887 or who accesses the ph887 platform in any manner.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered player account created on ph887, identified by a unique username and registered Philippine mobile number.
• "Platform" — refers collectively to the ph887 website, game lobby, account management system, customer support channels, and all related services.
• "Real Money Funds" / "Balance" — refers to Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) amounts deposited into or credited to a Player's ph887 account.
• "Bonus Credits" — refers to non-cashable promotional funds credited to a Player's account pursuant to a ph887 promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited Activity" — refers to any conduct identified in Section 8 of this Agreement as forbidden on the ph887 platform.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing ph887's operations.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by ph887 to confirm Player identity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing or using the ph887 platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by its provisions.

2.2 ph887 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable Philippine law requires notice. Amendments take effect upon posting to the ph887 website. Continued use of the ph887 platform following the posting of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.3 Where this Agreement is translated into Filipino or any other language for convenience, the English-language version shall govern and prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between translations.

2.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with ph887's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 To register and maintain a ph887 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines and are accessing ph887 from within Philippine jurisdiction;
• You are not a person prohibited from gambling by any applicable Philippine law, court order, or regulatory restriction;

3.2 Each individual may register only one (1) ph887 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute a Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8. ph887 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate accounts and forfeit any funds held within.

3.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. ph887 relies on the information provided to maintain regulatory compliance. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.4 ph887 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Account Responsibilities

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph887 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any other person, including family members.

4.2 All activity occurring under your ph887 account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ph887 support immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected]. ph887 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 You must keep your registered contact information — including your Philippine mobile number and email address — accurate and up to date at all times. ph887 uses your registered mobile number for OTP verification, account recovery, and important account notifications.

4.4 ph887 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide identity verification documents upon request, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in deposit and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

4.5 ph887 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds, bonuses, or rights associated with it to any other party.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ph887 accepts deposits from verified Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph887 account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the same business day, subject to the sending institution's processing times.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ph887 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Third-party deposits are a Prohibited Activity and will result in the deposit being held for investigation and potential return to source.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method on file. ph887 targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day.

ph887 imposes no withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which ph887 bears no responsibility.

ph887 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds, in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on ph887 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). ph887 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies through standard channels.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 ph887 may offer various promotional bonuses, welcome deposits, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards to eligible players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Bonus Credits credited to your ph887 account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum bet restrictions, and expiry period are specified within each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 ph887 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, including before the stated expiry date, where ph887 determines that the promotion is being abused or where regulatory requirements necessitate withdrawal of the offer.

6.4 Only one promotional bonus may be active on a ph887 account at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus and associated accumulated winnings.

6.5 ph887 reserves the right to withdraw bonus credits and any associated winnings from a player's account if ph887 determines, acting reasonably, that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of multiple accounts, or exploitation of promotional terms contrary to their intended purpose.

6.6 Bonus offers are available only to players who are 21 years of age or older and whose accounts are in good standing at the time of the promotion. ph887 may restrict bonus eligibility based on player location, account history, or regulatory requirements.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 ph887 provides access to games including, but not limited to, live dealer casino games, slot machines, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, fishing games, and card games such as rummy. Each game category is governed by its own applicable rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

7.2 All games available on ph887 use certified Random Number Generators or operate with live equipment (in the case of live dealer games) that is independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity. The results of all games are final once confirmed by ph887's gaming system.

7.3 In the event of a technical fault, system error, server interruption, or communication failure during a game round, ph887 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. ph887's decision in such matters is final.

7.4 ph887 is not responsible for losses or missed winnings resulting from a player's internet connection issues, device malfunction, or power interruptions on the player's end.

7.5 Where a game payout is determined to have been made in error due to a software malfunction, miscommunication from a live dealer, or erroneous odds display, ph887 reserves the right to reclaim such erroneously paid amounts from the player's account balance. 8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph887 platform:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC verification process;
• Attempting to access or use ph887 if you are under 21 years of age;

9. Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 ph887 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph887 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has engaged in Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8;
• The account holder has provided false or fraudulent information;
• Continuing to maintain the account would place ph887 in breach of applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory obligations;
• The account has been compromised and is at risk of unauthorized use.

9.2 Upon suspension for investigation, withdrawals from the affected account will be placed on hold pending the outcome of the review. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, funds will be released. If a breach is confirmed, ph887 may forfeit some or all funds held in the account in accordance with applicable law.

9.3 You may close your ph887 account voluntarily at any time by contacting ph887 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, your remaining verified real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to applicable KYC verification. Bonus Credits are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 ph887 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. ph887 provides the following tools directly within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits into your ph887 account;

11.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit ph887's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ph887's own negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited under Philippine law.

11.3 ph887's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to ph887 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the ph887 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive property of ph887 or its licensed game and content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph887 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, reverse-engineering, or creation of derivative works based on ph887's content or software.

12.3 Any unauthorized use of ph887's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine intellectual property legislation.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

13.1 This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph887 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1602, Republic Act No. 9287, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.3 ph887 operates in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players who have complaints that are not resolved to their satisfaction through ph887's internal complaints process may escalate such matters to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ph887 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification prior to taking effect.

14.2 The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at ph887.cam/terms-conditions and is identified by the effective date at the top of this document.

14.3 Your continued use of the ph887 platform after any amendment has been posted and notified constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease using the ph887 platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.3.
